Columbia County Performing Arts Center is a Ticketmaster venue. Tickets to individual performances can be purchased here:
- Admin Office Hours: Monday- Friday 9 am – 5 pm.
- Age Requirements: Anyone who has celebrated their 2ndbirthday requires a ticket to attend an event unless otherwise stated by the show.
- Bag Policy: No oversized bags including full-sized backpacks and duffle bags are allowed.
- Box Office Information: The main box office is open for ticket sales Tuesday – Friday 9:30 am-5:30 pm and one hour before events.
- Door Opening: The time of door opening varies depending on the show. However, it is usually 1 hour before showtime.
- Dress Code: There is no specific dress code for the PAC.
- Drop Off: The roundabout located in front of the exterior box office is a drop-off location for the night of the show.
- Elevators: Two elevators are located inside the building, allowing access to every level. There is also an elevator in the parking deck to allow access to all levels as well.
- First Aid: On event nights we have a first aid kit located in the box office. Please ask for assistance if needed. On larger event nights EMT staff will be present.
- Listening Devices: Listening devices can be found at the box office night of the show. Photo ID will be held.
- Lost and Found: If you have lost an item please contact the box office at 706-447-6767. Our lost and found is located in the Day-Time Box Office.
- Outside Food and Beverage: No outside food and beverage allowed.
- Over-the-Phone Ticketing: There are no over-the-phone purchases. Please visit the Box Office in person or order online through our website or Ticketmaster.
- Photography: Professional photography and videography is prohibited.
- Re-Entry: There is no re-entry into the building.
- Refunds: There are no refunds for tickets purchased.
- Smoking Policy: Columbia County has a no-smoking policy enforced.
- Strollers: There are no strollers allowed inside the theatre. If you bring one into the lobby area please find an usher so that you can safely park it in an area where it is out of everyone’s way.
- Ticketmaster: The CCPAC is a Ticketmaster only venue. Please make sure that you are not buying from a 3rd party site. We are not able to verify those tickets.
- Umbrellas: There are no umbrellas allowed into the theatre. If it is raining the night of the show, there will most likely be an umbrella check station to drop your umbrellas off and pick them up at the end of the night
- Wheelchair Accessibility: We offer accessible seating on the Orchestra and Mezzanine levels, as well as limited mobility transfer seats throughout the entire theatre.
